Great Instructors Never Stop Learning

One of the things I love most about the fitness industry is that we're always learning.

Every class we teach, every workshop or conference we attend, and every rider we coach teaches us something new.

That's exactly why I created this workshop bundle.

Not because your certification wasn't enough.

But because there simply isn't enough time in any certification to explore everything that goes into creating memorable indoor cycling classes.

These workshops give you the opportunity to dive deeper into the creative side of coaching and your rider's experience.

Learn how to design timer drills that train the body's systems efficiently.

Create choreography that flows naturally with the music.

Build engaging interactive drills.

Understand how music can become one of your greatest coaching tools and a timer.

Discover how cueing, science, music, and class design all work together to create an unforgettable rider experience.

Most importantly, feel confident about every drill you create and class you design while doing it in half the time.

Every lesson/module is designed to add another practical tool to your teaching toolbox that you can immediately use in your own classes.

The best part - now you can go at your own pace. No zoom to join. Just on demand lessons from your phone, desktop or tablet.

And 25 CEC's is always a fun bonus :P

Become the Instructor Everyone Remembers

25 CEC's (BCRPA & CFES Approved)

Go beyond certification. Learn online at your own pace.

Learn how to design classes that flow naturally, coach with confidence, use music with purpose, and create rides your participants can't wait to come back for.

Whether you're newly certified or you've been teaching for years, this workshop bundle helps bridge the gap between knowing how to ride a spin bike and knowing how to create an unforgettable class.

"Rachel fills in so many gaps that are often overlooked or quickly passed over. And the endless amount of content she shares, you can tell she really does care about us instructors."

You will do a deep dive into the science of drill design to give your drills purpose in the timer workshop. And that same dive in the next step workshop but focused more on choreography, music, cueing, and rhythm rides. While there is some overlap, each has their own focus.

How to structure classes.

How to coach with purpose.

How to create drills.

Learn the Skills Behind Great Indoor Cycling Classes

These workshops aren't about giving you hundreds of classes to copy (although you know Rachel and she loves to give you an abundance of drills to get started).

They're about helping you understand the thinking behind great class design.

You'll learn the frameworks experienced instructors use to:

Design timer drills

Build choreography to music

Create engaging interactive drills

Structure purposeful rides

• Use music as a coaching tool

Cue with confidence and clarity

Design classes that flow naturally

Choose a variety of music from all over the world instead of the same generic spin songs

As these skills develop, planning becomes faster, coaching feels more natural, and creating your own rides becomes second nature.

Because when you understand the why behind great class design, you're no longer relying on someone else's ideas.

You're creating your own and the best part is you becoming confident about your skills in the process.

What Makes This Bundle Different?

This isn't a certification.

It isn't a collection of random videos.

It isn't theory without application.

Everything inside comes directly from workshops, instructor education events, and real coaching experience developed over nearly three decades of teaching thousands of classes and mentoring instructors around the world.

These are the systems, tools and thought processes that experienced instructors use every week.

The details that Rachel goes into can often make things easier to understand such as cueing with the 32 count, adding science to drills, choreographing drills to music and so much more.

You have the opportunity to go at your own pace and learn sections that stand out to you. You can jump from section to section, watch videos, listen to the workshops, or read through the notes.

This really is the next step after a certification course or if you are in that stage of your career where you feel drawn to new ideas.

"The Art of Creating Indoor Cycling Drills & Playlists was a fabulous course. Rachel is truly dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable. She is, most importantly, a super fun leader! I absolutely loved the entire course. There was so much application material that went beyond a ‘level one' instructor certification course while providing a super energetic and safe place to experiment online. I absolutely loved the optional peer review of our recorded homework assignments. I enjoyed seeing the creativity and different teaching styles of my peers. I also now enjoy other music genres to use while instructing which is important. I made some great connections with people all over the world! We are going to continue staying in touch and build an even larger collaborative music library together. Rachel takes the grit of composing a ride and breaks it down into a pattern that you will be able to use, saving hours of time. I am excited to plan classes that are efficient, planned and purposeful which will keep my attendance and retention rates higher. Gift yourself this unique opportunity. You will not regret it, especially as a new instructor, or an instructor returning from a long hiatus to get your mojo back. Go for it!"

"Though I have done indoor cycling courses in the past, I've always felt like an imposter instructor, never really feeling I had what it takes to teach a class. It wasn't until I did Rachel's training that I felt confident in my teaching abilities and ready to lead an indoor cycling class without a doubt in my mind. Rachel brings a wealth of experience, both in indoor cycling and in the fitness industry herself, and she weaves this knowledge throughout her teaching. Furthermore, she is accessible, fun, and genuinely wants her students to succeed. I believe a great instructor is one who cares about her industry as well as her students, and in preparing her students for their careers prepares them to help the industry become stronger and better. Rachel does just that. I recommend her course to anyone looking to further their indoor cycling capabilities, be they seasoned instructors or first-timers to the fitness industry. Thank you, Rachel!"
